The deluxe queen room we stayed in was air-conditioned with the northern style decoration. All the staff were best. The location was good for traveling around Chiang Mai, adjacent to airport, public boats to the east and a great coffee shop...

Units with the northern style decoration. Location: the hotel was near to restaurants in the Northeast corner, many main attractions and transportation services, and a great coffee shop below. Chiang Mai Old Town district was worth exploring.

Excellent value for money, friendly staff, beautiful canal views, peaceful location, great street food options nearby. Massive balcony with a view of the old town's structure. Small but well-designed boutique house with all the amenities. Polite and helpful staff, with temples and local markets within walking distance. Spotlessly clean with an enjoyable outdoor coffee cafe. I'll definitely return.

The room at Le Canal Boutique House was so cozy and comfortable! The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. Plus, the free WiFi was a huge bonus for staying connected while on my adventure.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower facilities in the private bathroom. But hey, it's just my opinion and I'm sure others might still enjoy it.

We loved the hotel facilities and the cleanliness of the room. The location on the edge of the Old City is perfect since we could walk to all the major old city attractions. We appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. Additionally, the fact that there was no on-premises restaurant was actually great because we could enjoy easy walks or cheap rides to various quality eateries down the street or near the canal on the north side of the old town.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Great location near major city attractions and easy to get around. The coffee shop downstairs served amazing coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful in giving tourist recommendations.
The excessive noise level in the rooms completely ruined the experience. The windows did not block any outside noise, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
